Shipping and delivery
For purchases under $100* there is a delivery charge of $10. If you spend over $100*, minimum delivery charge is $10 for some parts of New Zealand. If you have ordered a walker, it will likely be a delivery charge of $60 given the size and weight of the package. The cost of delivery may increase depending on the address the item is shipped to. The shipping cost will be automatically added to your order at the checkout process.
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and contact details for our courier company, so you can track your parcel's progress.
Delivery in New Zealand usually takes between 2-5 working days (excluding weekends or public holidays) from the time of dispatch. Rural deliveries please allow up to another two working days. Deliveries will be dispatched as soon as possible after confirming payment and no later than 48 hours after payment.
In the event that an item/s are delayed or out of stock, we will email you straight away and endeavor to find the best solution for you.
