It's important to keep your walker maintained, which includes checking the screws are firm from time to time. byACRE has included some helpful tools and components in this service kit so you can maintain your rollator. The byACRE Service Kit contains:

(Locomo also recommends the use of Loctite 243, which is a medium strength thread glue. Add a drop or two of this onto the thread of the screws, which helps them stay firm for longer. Loctite 243 is available at any good hardware store).
