They've intentionally used less ‘ribbing’ and instead prioritised more strength and solid surfaces, which means this seat is easy to clean - there’s no annoying unreachable corners that collect grime. Spryly also ignored common elements like telescopic legs and button holes, which can be habitats for mold - those unwanted microbe-communities have little chance on Spryly products. The rubber skirt also folds down easily. Overall, the seat is more hygienic and more discrete.
Premium materials
The chair's legs are made from rubber wood. The seat has a subtle textured finish that helps with an anti-slip feel, and it's softer on the eye and skin, as opposed to the hard plastic used on mass-made and clinical alternatives. The rubber internal-skirt is strong and folds down easily into the bowl. It's very easy to clean.
